Aurora, Oz and Rose

I realized I didn't write about this year's trip to T.J.. It took place on Thursday, July 20. My buddy has a connection to get passes to Comic Con in San Diego each year so we go down, stay in a cheap motel some distance from the con, then after the con is over on Sunday, we go down to spend a night or two at the Adult Disneyland down in T.J., usually at Adelita Bar. This year, both of us had schedule problems that required being back in L.A. that Sunday night but we couldn't go that close to T.J. and not hit up a club, so we went down for the day Thursday. We checked into our motel in San Diego on Wednesday and went to preview night that evening, then got up Thursday morning and headed south. My buddy parked his car near the Jack-in-the-Box, we ate breakfast there and then it was a breeze to cross the border.

We'd heard conflicting things about Adelita Bar maybe being closed or partially closed so we decided to just head for Hong Kong. In past visits, we planned to go to Adelita Bar for a day or part of a day and then go to Hong Kong but we always found ladies so wonderful at Adelita that we never made it to HK. This year, we had the cabby take us straight there. We'd got there around Noon and stayed about 11 hours before heading back to the motel in San Diego.

HK was hopping when we got there, passing through minimal security. It wasn't packed with ladies but I can't imagine any hetero guy would have trouble finding the girl of his dreams there. We didn't need dozens of cute girls, just two or three for each of us. A mesero there welcomed us back even though it's been quite a while since either of us was there and I was pretty sure I never saw him before. But then he said he remembered that my buddy wanted girls he could take videos of before, after and during arriba. I think maybe he'd worked at Adelita. Since we weren't getting rooms for the duration, my buddy didn't bring his GoPro but he planned to shoot whatever he was going to shoot on his iPhone.
