Girls All Nite

On a slow Friday night with dinner finished and a couple cocktails down, I decided to venture out and see what the emerald coast had to offer. As I drove nearly 40 minutes to the club, I thought about the possibilities of having a truly positive experience at a club after 4 or 5 strikes.

The signs out in front of Show-n-Tail club were straight to the point... The young gentleman out front offering me a pick-me-up was, to say the least, surprising. Not that I was surprised to be ordered treats at a strip club, but we were in a freakin' parking lot! That first sign of desperation should have clued me in to what I was in for, but curiosity got the better of me. I walked in and some dude in front of me was peddling stripper outfits so I waited patiently as he attempted to close a deal with the 2 dudes working the door. After about 5 minutes, he left his card and I paid my $20 cover. the second dude patted me down and welcomed me to the club. He informed me about the free beer (Budweiser) and complementary 'jungle juice' - a vodka-based punch. The free alcohol is a nice touch and makes it easy to loosen inhibition. There are a couple pool tables that greet you as you walk into the first room and a long bar that leads to a back room where the main stage is. There was a vacant stage in the front room but no body was performing here. The space is very bland and since it was a little early, there was no-one in the room except for the bar tender. Had I not driven myself, I definitely could see myself getting hammered here and sitting for hours watching the talent crawl around on stage.

The back room is circular and has limited seating - maybe 15-20 chairs and 6-8 tables lining the perimeter. the stage is dotted with 10-12 chairs. At any given time, there were 2-3 dudes sitting next to the stage and most (if not all of the cocktail tables were full with couples and single dudes). For better or worse, I only had a couple beers and managed to strike up a conversation with one of the girls who had just arrived. I didn't catch her name but she was from Nebraska and was cute. Most of the girls are dark-skinned with great booty shakin' asses. Nebraska (I'll call her as I don't recall her stage name) was heavy-set but struck me as someone who knew what guys like. I had spoken to a couple other girls, Dani and Persia, who didn't really have strong conversation skills but were attractive (5-6 for Florida; 2-3 for New York/Vegas). I told Nebraska I was interested in a dance and asked how much they were. She told me $60/song and had to ask her to repeat herself to be sure. I thought that was awfully steep for a single dance - knowing that songs are 1 mintue. I decided to take the bait and we walked back to the 'VIP' area. This was disappointing. It a large over-lit room, painted black with wooden benches lining the walls. There were a couple others getting private dances so we took a seat on the opposite end of the room.
