Dull Sunday night

I had some time to kill before heading out of town on a Sunday night few weeks back, around 7 pm. Hadn't been to Henry the VIII in a long time so decided to check it out.

Multiple reviews here have given all the important club details but I will repeat them for completeness. They have self-parking, one of the good things about this club. I saw 20+ cars in the parking lot, so hoped that things might be interesting inside. Paid the $5 entry fee. This place is always filled with smoke like Bogies, this time was no exception. They have 2 stages - a larger one right near the door and a smaller one inside in front of the bar. The seating arrangement is unusual. If you sit in the area by the smaller stage it's hard to see both stages.

There was only one dancer dancing on the smaller stage. I sat at a table in front of that stage. There are a couple such tables and a little more comfortable seating with cushions at the back. I spotted at least 15 mongers scattered around that smaller stage, including few at the bar. Drinks are reasonably priced around $7-9.

It was going slow that day. The lone dancer was black, in her early 20s, with a nice slim body and B cup tits. I saw a few other mongers tipping her and I guess asking her to stop by, so I wasn't sure if I should wait in that long line. Her turn soon finished, she went to one of them, and off they went to the VIP area. There was another dancer chatting with a guy all the time. She looked mixed race and upper 20s / early 30s, I couldn't tell for sure. However, she was not asked to dance during the time I was there, and instead they announced a break that went on for at least 20 minutes. They had $6 drink specials going on during that break time. But by that time I had got bored. I saw another (white) girl walking into the club, but wasn't sure if she was a dancer or a waitress, so decided to cut my losses and head out. By the way, the bartender girl and one of the waitresses looked hot, but alas - they were not interested in dancing.

Total damage was very low - less than $20. That's one of the plus points of this club, similar to Bogies and Criket. One doesn't lose much on bad days, except time. I guess Sundays are slower than weekdays here, based on my previous experince. Maybe I'll try a weekday next time.
