Fight Night at Toots
I found myself at Tootsies on Saturday night to watch a fight as it had both UFC and a Boxing PPV going. I didn't even want to end up here, because I was legitimately trying to watch the fight and have that experience, but when all things are considered Tootsies really is the best place in the area to take in a PPV event and unlike the sports bar where you had to buy your weight in wings to justify your seat there, you walk out when the fight is over and there is ass & titties everywhere. Tootsies ain't the greatest strip club anymore, but it is the best place to watch a fight.
I arrived about 10PM. Cover charge was $20 which is an increase over normal to cover your access to the PPVs being shown. Walk through the strip club portion of the club and there is a large back room which is a legitimate sports bar. Huge with large screens all around the room. We got there early enough were we could grab one of the last open tables, the rest of which filled up quickly after that, and everyone else had to be standing room only. When I'm going to watch a fight or partake in a strip club, I don't care about eating or drinking, but normally you have to get something to justify you taking up a seat. Here, the waitresses never came to us once. I didn't feel like paying for their over priced (but admittedly tasty) food, nor need I need a drink. So my buddy and I milked our 20 dollar cover over the course of the two hours. Boxing won over UFC with the crowd, so that ended up getting most of the TVs and the audio. So point of this portion of the review is, if you really just want to watch a fight, and not be bothered with a higher cover (as some bars had) and be forced to eat a certain amount, and actually be able to see the fight on a big screen Tootsies is the best sports bar in this regard.
However, Tootsies is not the best strip club in any regard anymore. As we exited the sports bar after the fight, Tootsies was packed and you were shoulder to shoulder in the thinner areas of the club. Both stages were going, the main & the smaller one nearer to the sports bar. It looked like girls had to work/dance both stages in a rotation, which probably made them even lazier. The stage show at Tootsies is pretty much non-existent. As Tootsies at night is now a more urban club, one would think there would be effort for the stage show but no. Pretty much just walking circling the pole and occasionally dropping some trow. Well over 100 girls, based on all the names on the monitors which had no space. And there were a lot of girls, but I have to say there must be a whole lot of the top shelf girls that in the past would have been at Tootsies who are now over at E11even. Don't get me wrong there were some pretty girls there, and a lot to look at, but those top tier girls that are so fucking fine that it is scary just aren't there anymore like they used to be. Did see some white girls and black girls (more so than on day shift), but everything else seemed Cuban (not even other Latins, just Cuban). No gowns, everyone is wearing a bikini, so ass is everywhere. Some girls wearing those thick fishnets, which is a sign that she will give you a trash lapdance, so don't even bother (Protip: even though you can pretty much see through it, those fishnets are an intentional barrier the girl uses to put some space between you and her - its a sign she is lazy and not about to give good service).
