Was a bad vibe the second...
Was a bad vibe the second I hit the door. I noticed some people sitting in a vehicle scoping out vehicles in the parking lot. Entered to pay my cover and asked if they had security. The lady at the counter said yes and explained to him what the problem was. I reitterated the issue to the security person and the only thing he was interested in was patting me down. I asked if he was serious, as I was in a button down shirt which was tucked in to a nice pair of dress slacks. He said yes and I turned and asked for my money back from the lady. She gave me my money back and I exited the club.
Now I understand how it is when it comes to security and that they have to make sure their customers and dancers are safe while in the club. But, when someone is not wearing any jackets or clothing that could conceal weapons and is clean cut explaining about a problem that is currently existing in the parking lot, attempts to enter to spend some money - I'd think that they would error on the side of good judgement. I would expect to be patted down if it had happened each time I entered the club - but I have been to this club numerous times and have never had that done. It was the principle... so I went and spent my money elsewhere.
