Tropical is owned by the same people as Hong Kong so if you go here they're getting your money either way. I was there off and on over three weekdays last week. No cover charge. $3 domestic bottles. $2 less than HK - not a big deal yet I guess it is psychologically and if you consume enough it adds up. I like $3 + tip a lot better than $5 + tip.

Plenty of girls here. >25 is common. A bit more locals come here than gringos but still plenty of both. The girls may not be equally hot as HK on average but still plenty of cute ones. Main stage in the center. At night the DJ guy will get on the mic to conjure up an audience participation show or get the crowd riled up.

Second floor of the club is cool. A bit more chill and an outdoor, open patio where people smoke or just hang out.
