Worth it

Despite reading some fairly negative reviews about this club recently, I took a little trip to check it out for myself. It had been some time since I'd visited, so I wasn't sure what to expect.

I arrived at about 2:30, so no cover. I paid $20 for a booth, and lovely Lindsey got me a $7 beer. The club has been described a thousand times. It's a mid-sized place, fairly ritzy compared to Bogies and Hank's, but not as high-class as Flight Club. The bar is to the right as you pass the door guy, with a decent sized 2-pole stage in the center of the room. The no-troll bathroom is to the left of the VIP area on the north side of the room.

There were about 10 or 12 other patrons when I arrived, and I counted around 14 entertainers. Khloe (pretty African American) jumped into the booth with me almost immediately, and made it clear that she really, really liked me, I was just her type, she had noticed me the second I came in and just had to get to know me. I'm almost surprised she didn't also try to sell me a bridge while she was at it. But hey, a girl's gotta make a buck. I give her acting an 8.5.
