Cafe Cleopatra is exactly the right kind of seedy and disreputable for a strip club. You're expected to tip the doorman $5 instead of a cover charge. A basic bottle of beer was $9. Good steady stream of dancers on the stage throughout the night - no long stretches of inactivity. Private dances were $10 each. Girls are attractive and enthusiastic - not overly pushy about private dances, but very eager once you say yes. Easy way to spend a few hours and not go broke.
