Pass the Spinners

Wednesday about 7:30 there was a sign that said VIP parking $5.00 as I entered the club parking lot. Plenty of room and no one around, I parked near the back, under a streetlight. Walking toward the club I was greeted by a staff member, who I expected to ask for a parking fee. He didn’t. Instead, he led me into the club and to a cute cashier who said there was a reasonable $5 cover. I was wanded, but no pat down, no metal detector, and no ID check.

Enter the room shadowed by the staff member, who asked me where I would like to sit. I chose a table near the stage, but away from the loudest speaker. Told the staffer that I was hungry, and he said that he would alert the waitress for me. About five minutes later, she was at my table. Overall, service is very slow, considering the light crowd.
