Like others have mentioned, this place is in a residential neighborhood off 36. Seems relatively safe and the lot is pretty big (could fit maybe two dozen cars). Entrance is on the side of the building and takes a few moments to adjust to the lighting, which is nearly pitch black with some blacklights and neon. No entry fee and was greeted by a cute bartender with a reasonably priced drink.

There's one central long stage and the bar area surrounds it. Saw that there was a small reserved lounge spot off to the side. The bathroom is directly to your left upon entering, but didn't check it out to see its condition.

For an early afternoon there was actually some activity with about 6 or 7 girls working, the bartender, DJ, and one security guard.
