Reading a book in a strip club

Vancouver, BC. Saturday night just came from Granville Strip a block over. No touching girls is stated, huge buzzkill the first thing you here but you can break that rule a little bit. Walk in, cover was 25 to a girl at the desk and get stamped for reentry. In the club, layout is bar on left, and stage in back and seating all in front of that. You had old time photos all around and one thing that stuck out was the history of this place. Maybe the best of any strip club I've been to yet. Established back in 1947 it was like a burlesque night club thing. But the celebrity photos your not gonna beat in any other strip club Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis Jr, Duke Ellington, Nat King Cole all kinds of people from back in the day hung out here.

I thought that was cool and asked the waitress to give me a history lesson of the place. And boy was she ready for my ass with THAT question. She gave me the whole run down and even said the club sells a book, called Liquor, Lust and the Law for 20 and the owner was here to sign it if I wanted to get it. I said fuck it, I'll get it. So I meet the owner and all that, and now I'm walking around the strip club with a big ass book looking like a fucking asshole. I just decided to read it (really just look at the pictures) and look like more of an asshole. So if you saw a guy in a black baseball hat, reading a book instead of looking at naked women that was me.

Anyway the girls here were definitely a step down from Brandi's and Granville and not enough of them. White, asian and black. Maybe 5's, 6's and 7's with a couple 8's. Younger and veteran dancers. Maybe 10 girls at most. Nobody fat. Dances are 50 a song, one way touch in booths with curtains. Customers mix of younger and older, South Asian, East Asian and White customers. Music was awesome when no dancers were on stage, old school rock videos, ZZ Top shit like that but once the dancers got on, became way more modern and shitty tbh. Girl DJ which you don't see too much.
