Memorial Day Weekend at HK

Booked a reservation at Hotel Cascadas for Memorial Day Weekend about a week in advance and finally made the drive over to California on Friday. Parked for only $10/day at a lot near a shoe store and made my way quickly to the border station. On the other side I negotiated with the cabs to make my way to Zona Norte for $10 (meh) and arrived around 9pm at my destination. This was my first visit since COVID.

Things are much the same as they were, just be aware that inflation has rippled its way through the world economy and everything will be slightly more expensive than say 5 years ago. The entire stay I minded my manners and didn't get too intoxicated. If you do the same you should feel very safe to be in the red light district of Tijuana, Mexico.

Girl # 1 -- after unpacking in my hotel room and going down to get my free drink with my VIP card I went on the hunt. Lots of ladies. I was taking my time. I made few laps through the area (which is now about double the size it used to be). Lots of drunk gentlemen everywhere. I eventually bumped in to a short blonde Latina, thought she was cute enough and asked for arriba on a whim. I was not disappointed. Fun little GFE, pop and then waved adios and went to sleep. The asking rate for most girls is $120 but this can be haggled. Got this one for $100.
