Lessons Learned - A Wasted Night

This review is of a recent Thursday night visit - which is the day to go if you want to take advantage of the VIP specials. That noted, it’s also the day to go if you want to spend forever waiting in a line to get into the VIP. This place gets super crowded on Thursdays, not so much literally any other day of the week.

The club is comfortable enough, nothing fancy. There’s a stage up front, seats in the center of the room, and a bench in the back. Anywhere in the room gives a good view of the stage. Lighting is pretty standard, dark but not too dark like the Spearmint Rhino next door. That place is too dark to see anything.

VIP specials are $80 for 15 min (normal $120), $160 for 30 min (normal $180). And there’s a one drink minimum with really pushy bartenders, the hostess will track you down to make sure you get a drink, and they’re super pushy anytime a girl comes to talk to you. I swear, they pop out of the shadows left and right. Good luck dodging them or they’ll try have you buying a drink every few minutes.
