It's all about perspective

I reviewed this place over 4 years ago and I was more or less disappointed with my visit. The prices had gone up (cover and dances,) the venue was pretty rundown, and the talent was just so-so. Fast forward to April 2023 and somehow here I was again. I ended up getting stuck in Vegas due to a mechanical failure on a layover flight and had one night to kill. I had no clean clothes, I was exhausted from traveling all day, and generally just looked and felt like shit. There's no way I had any right trying to enter one of the glitzy Vegas clubs looking the way I looked. Then I remembered a place that would absolutely suit me that night.

I want to stop and say right now that I do hope to add some value to TUSCL with this review. It won't simply be a rehash of my review 4 years ago. I know a lot of clubs have gone through major changes, especially with price over the past few years, so I plan on giving a present day account of what you can expect.

I ended up walking in around 1:30am on a Saturday night and it was pretty much the same as I remembered it be. The fact that it's a porn shop with like DVDs on shelves and in bins really forces you to take a long look at how much of a degenerate pervert you are, but it also kind of makes you feel like this might be the last night this place is in business and you get the honor of being the last customer ever. You walk up to the bar (no alcohol though) and pay the lady your cover ($25.) There were probably like 6 other customers in there (it's really dark) and I learned later that there were only 4 girls working that night (and I actually only ever saw 3.) The girl dancing on stage when I came in had a great body and I tipped her a little bit as she worked the pole. She stopped by after her set and I asked her what was currently up for offer. $20 for floor dances (out in the open) or $40 for private dances and "you can do a lot more with me in there." Additionally, VIP dances could also be packaged at 3 dances for $100 or 15 minutes for $200. At the time, I only saw one other dancer in the club so I thought might as well see what VIP was like. I bought 3 VIP dances for $100 and she took me back to the private area, which are essentially 6 x 6 ft. booths with a giant bean bag chair on the floor. I asked what her ground rules were and she said you can touch anywhere you want as long as you tip. The dance was above average because that body was amazing to touch but I could tell her heart wasn't really in it. I had enough after 3 dances and decided to sit back out by the stage for a little while more to see if anyone else was there that interested me.
