Found myself with some free time on my way home from work and decided to swing by the pink palace on Dr 130 in Burlington. Parking was easy, as always. Right as you walk in you see the long oval bar taking up most of the main room. Stage and 2 poles set up within the bar. Things were looking pretty decent this afternoon, saw Tatiana, Jolie, and a few of the other more attractive dancers. Within a few minutes Mercedes made her way paver to me. I’ve danced with her before but maaaaaan, I forgot how chatty she is. Talked my ear off for a few minutes about random bs…figured nobody else was going to swing over while she was there and she was looking preeeeetty good so I took her back for a few dances. Still chatty in the back talking about who knows what. After sabout .5 a song, discussion turned to tipping and what type of dance could be expected at each level. This completely turned me off and I figured i should just take the standard PH dance and find my way out of there. 3 dances and too sizable of a tip later, I was heading home with pockets just a little lighter, and , as always, ashamed of myself….

Dances are $30, after 3 or 4 dances I walked out spending less than $200 total. I think the cover was $5. Paid with a $20 and got a stack of ones as change and a bottle of water.
