Little Club Big Mileage

On Friday afternoon April 28, 2023 from about 3:30 to 5:30 I visited TJ’s Showgirls in Stanton, Orange County, California. The club is on the east side of Beach Blvd a couple of blocks north of Cerritos St. It is in a strip mall with a number of small retail businesses and there is sufficient parking. Entering the guy at the door waved for me to go in through the exit door rather than the turnstile and there was no cover nor security stuff. The club is pretty small, in the right back corner is a tiny non-alcohol bar and beyond that an ATM and men’s room, which was small but adequate. I got a generic bottle of water at the bar for $8 which was the price of most of the soft drinks. I think that the first drink might be free if a cover had been paid. There was not a waitress or any push to buy drinks.

The main part of the room is to the left as you enter. Against the far wall is a half circular stage with one pole and backed by mirrors. Maybe 10 chairs at the tip rail and some tables and chairs in the center of the room and bench seats and small tables along the side walls. The upholstery needs updating. Some LED lighting but not a lot. Overall lighting moderately dark. Music was continuous but no one danced on the stage the entire time I was there.

Customers numbers ranged from around 10 down to 2. Most of the time there seemed to be about 10 dancers. They were a variety of ethnicities with some proclivity toward larger breasts and some with fairly extensive tats. They also ranged in age, from a young newby who hadn’t yet learned how to approach customers to a couple of older dancers, one who said she was 36 and another who said she was 48. These last two however both gave very high mileage lap dances. The dancers were aggressive in approaching customers, you weren’t by yourself more than a couple of minutes before a dancer would approach.
