Just Passing Thru

I was on my home from wintering in Arizona, so stopping at the end of the day. Wow, big road construction on 41st street, as I get off of I-29. So no way to get to the club or my motel except to drive east to Shirley Avenue, and the north for a bit and then west. I'm sure that this must be hurting business at the club. It seems to be a big project that will go on for quite a while.

I arrive at about 8 pm, paid the require entry fee of $5 to a nice gentleman at the door. No scanning of ID or pat down. A nice smaller crowd, as I was look about the room, even before getting a drink, I spot a young blonde dancer sitting alone at a table. Her name is Tay. We strike up a conversation, so I get the drinks. $5 for soda water/lemon with a tip.

Tay says there are 13 dancers, probably too many, with always one on stage dancing, and most dancers are just sitting around together on their phones. Fortunately I pick Tay, as she is very intelligent and talkative about her life goals and just what is happening in the club. Tay is 22 years old with a natural body, using the required pasties(ick!). Yes, it seems I really prefer someone who can carry on an intelligent conversation. No pressure to get a dance, but I finally decide on a VIP dance.
