Not what the place used to be.

I've been going to EI for about 12 years. It is not what it used to be. In the past if you came in on a Friday afternoon there were 18 to 22 dancers on the floor by 5:30 pm. Today there were never more than 8 to 9. And they were really not "on the floor" Most of the girls were sitting around the perimeter of the stage talking with friends. Given that the numbers of customers were small until about 5:15, but the girls. No one was dancing on stage. An approach was no more than "Do you want a dance?" No touching. No smiles. The cost per dance is not posted as $9 before 9 pm, which means you hand the girl a ten-dollar bill or a few twenties depending on how long they are on your lap. And most of the girls were very mechanical in their lap dances. Now I know that PG Co does not allow the dancers in EI to show their breasts anymore when they are on stage. But a little shaking of the booty along the rail always transmits "This is what I can do for you." To be fair. there were two women who came in about 6:15 pm' they went straight to the changing room and came back out in just a few minutes, going right to the two poles. They were both good pole dancers! This is what saved the day. Otherwise, it was a bum visit. Left after two hours. May not be back. I think I will look around for more excitement. Even though you can't touch in the District, at least there will be some nudity. (By the way, there were only two guys back in the far left-hand corner of the stage which used to be the high mileage area. Did see one guy getting some special attention from a dancer who knew him.)
