More of the way too old same...

Second trip in the past couple of months. We all know about the place...the cover and such. Let’s not waste time.

I was on a bit of a time crunch and was hoping to be surprised by some new talent. Not to be. Paid my cover and got my water...was immediately approached by the senior, washed up grannies hounding for a couple of bucks each. I know the drill and that is part of this place. I looked around and quickly realized there would be no new talent today.

Looked across the bar and saw what I thought could have been Ruby. She came over and greeted the traditional with traditional handshake. She pitched for just one dance. The years have not been tookind to her. She shared some recent personal challenges and I agreed to just one dance.
