Found myself in Houston for work for a week. During the opening night a few of us starting making strip club jokes. Next thing I know 5 of us are getting in an Uber and headed to Chicas Locas.
The club is labeled the Premier Latina Entertainment Club. It's nothing like clubs I've experienced in Portland or Seattle for sure. Higher end for sure but also this sports bar element.
We got there after happy hour and the free buffet but that wasn't a concern. The place wasn't so loud we couldn't hold a conversation.
The group I was with, three guys and two girls had a great time watching all the action. Seemed myself and one of the girls in the group was the target for flirting. That really made the place fun. The girls I was with both admitted this was their first strip club trip.
Ended up not spending any money in the club. Just a fun experience with collegues. Not the place I'd go alone but with a group it was a great way to end the first night in Houston.
