I normally like this club since I still go regularly but more so on late evenings. I decided to give the direct afterwork time a go. If you go before 7pm it's free. If the bouncers/staff see know you as regular, then it's free whatever time you show up :)

at this early time simple drinks like bottle-water or soda is $5 non-alcholic stuff, but you're expected to get 2 drinks. After 8p the cheapest thing you can get is $10 plus whatever tip you do. So I was expecting a more chill vibe, which is exactly what it was. There would be less girls of course, which would be fine since there's usually 1 or 2 that I'd like anyway out of the <10 dancers working on wednesday. Typically pre-covid NYC had mostly latinas working a dayshift, and EEs working the late shift. Post-covid NYC is about same, but less EEs working nights as it used to be. That's what it like here.

The dancing was decent mileage but I feel like the song length was shorter than I remember, at least it shouldn't feel like a short song length for a daytime shift. Afterall daytime is just chill time where you can be lucky bastard to take time off work to try out the talent then do marathan dance sessions with the favorite hottie.
