first timer to Vivide

First time visitor to Vivide on a recent Thursday afternoon around 3 pm. Pulled in to the parking lot. I think the guy said $10 to park up close to the building so I ventured near the rear parking area for free. Paid $10 cover to enter. Took a lap around the top/entry level floor to see if anything was open upstairs. Basically dead except for one guy hanging with a girl on a couch. Went downstairs. Ordered a domestic bottle of beer. It was $6 or $7 before tip I think. I had a few more, just blanking on the cost given the hectic/fun days that followed.

The place itself is fine. Not a terrible layout but definitely unique and if it was packed like it seems to often be, I could see how it would suck to have 2-3 groups of people that don't know each other in the same couch section. The customers were 80% AA and the dancers may have been 60% AA, 30% Latina and 10% white. They were playing current hip hop music.

I would say the girls were a range of 5-8 - maybe 25-30 girls altogether. A fair number of big booty Latina girls. Pretty ratchet vibe. At one point I was coming out of the men's room into a very well lit hallway and a dancer was putting her cigarette out into the wall. You can do this girl...you're steps from a garbage can or empty glass. Bathroom had some standing water (but nothing like the wading pool of piss at Wax later that night). They had a bathroom troll that was chill.
