Undesirable

I decided to try Desire for the first time recently. Desire is located around the corner from Haven Place in a blue-collar section of Baltimore. It is on more of a main road than Haven Place. Desire is open from 12P-2A daily, unlike Haven Place which is only open in the evenings. I visited on a Wednesday afternoon.

You turn off the main road down a little alley-like driveway into the small parking lot in the back that has a distinct "illicit activity happens here" feel to it. The parking lot has no markings delineating parking spots. Secure your car and belongings.

Even though the front door along the main road was open, the back door was open too so I just walked in from the back and nobody stopped me. The bartender was an older woman who checked my ID. No cover. I purchased a $5 water. My regular readers know I do not buy alcohol. Desire does not have a kitchen, it only sells drinks.
