Facility is in very good condition & well maintained. Lodge decor includes lots of wood, stone and mounted animal trophies in the walls. Clientele is upscale compared to many clubs. I was there in a Saturday, so many couples (not the norm other days according to the dancers) taking advantage of a $40 dinner special. Music level was relatively low compared to other clubs - allowing for conversations without shouting/repeating. Music was current, but clearly no rap. Thug factor close to zero. Lighting is a bit brighter than most clubs and food is served throughout. The food is excellent - especially for a club.
The dancers are top rate - I would say best in Dallas, with a wide variety of ethnicities and body types. Many were not my type, but clearly something for everybody. At some points early in the evening while I was eating dinner, the numbers were a little thin (perhaps because of the number of couples and a private party of 40 in the library), but by 9:00pm - there were ample girls circulating. All were friendly and didn't appear to be using any high pressure tactics. I didn't see any stresses or unhappy dancers or waitresses. Managers seemed to have a good rapport with the girls - laughing/joking. The two dancers I spoke with both said it was the only club they would consider working at in Dallas. On had been there 5 years the other... 12!
The price - bring a thick wallet and expect it to be much lighter when you leave. The cover for early arrivals Saturday night was only $5. Dances downstairs are $20 each at tables and 3 for $100 on the back wall, which is good value considering the appearance and quality of the dancers. Didn't have time to check out VIP. Dinner was also pricey. NT Steak was $38 with sides around $6+. A Mediterranean salad was $14. I stuck with wine by the glass - 4 of them, plus 3 drinks for the girls. All told, the total food & drink bill came to $175.
PRICE: A third paragraph should be about PRICE.Don't say drinks, dances, cover charge, etc. were cheap or expensive. Tell us the actual costs!
I will definitely be back - next visit will be the VIP room, which, according to other comments here is $$$$$. Both girls said it is well worth it... I will be the judge and will report back with the costs...
