Unusually busy Friday

I was visiting the area on a Friday afternoon. Decided to drive down Kingshighway just to check out the clubs. Miss Kitty’s had about six cars in the lot. Cheeks and Wise Guys had ZERO cars and the gate to Wise Guys was closed. OTH, CMowes was busier than I have seen in a long time, with the gravel, fenced parking lot almost full. Had to stop out of curiosity. Turned out they were having a birthday party for Lexie, the bartender.

I would guess there were at least ten girls working, and probably 20 patrons. I don’t think I have ever been there when there were that many people and dancers.

A bottle of water was 6, which I assume included any cover charge. I bought a drink for one of the dancers and it was 12. Prices vary, so it would be prudent to ask first before you purchased.

On this visit, most of the dancers were white, with a few AA. A large range of ages and body types, from spinners to heavy.

There are two stages at each end of the long room. The private area is to the left of the bar and now has doors, instead of beaded curtains from the past.
