My once favorite club is now a shell of it's former self.
Lake City Vu has been my go to club over the last 20 years. It's never been known as "the extras club" but you've always been able to bank on there being multiple 10's working on a weekend night (10's by Washington standards anyway) and generally most have been at least a 7 or above. Since reopening post Covid though the club has gone downhill fast.
The night time cover is now $27 and does NOT include the watered down soda, if you want a beverage it's an additional $2 plus tip. Pre covid lap dances were generally $30 each with a few selling "better" dances at the area standard of $40 or 3 for $100, since reopening $40 is now the standard price for a basic 3 minute lap dance. The price increases wouldn't bother me if the experience was at least on par with pre covid but it's gone down significantly. Pre covid there were around 30 dancers working on a weekend night, on this Saturday there were maybe 10 and none were knockouts, they weren't ugly for the most part, just nothing special.
I no longer see any reason to visit Lake City Vu unless you're going for a specific dancer that you know is working that day. Pandora's just a few miles down the street has a lower cover ($20), more dancers, more hot dancers, and better dances even on a weekend night. Pandora's is no longer just the best day spot in town, it's also the best night spot as well now. DeJa Vu corporate greed has killed what was once my favorite night spot.
