The Hot was quiet and unassuming but once you get in you are met with some amazing service. The from desk was all business and as usual it can be a little awkward if you don't know Spanish. The floor was dark but clean and there were 4 or 5 girls milling about. Luckily the beers were in the 6-12 euro range which is fairly decent for Madrid. Isabela was amazing and I'd go back just to see her.
