Went on a Wednesday and as luck would have it, the stages and bathroom are in the same place on Wednesday as they are the rest of the days of the week. Thank goodness.

Never have purchased a VIP room, but they have those here. Daytime is pretty open in back area for General dances, so no need to get a VIP room.
