All stuck in time except the dance proce!

I had not been to Gatsbys in many years. I used to go there a lot just because of traveling down I-77. The other bars in Akron gave much more mileage. Since you never know what might change, I wandered in.

The place was stuck in time. No new decor. No change of floor plan. Stage still looked the same, but since its mostly unused, of course it would look the same.

An interesting feature is the large rectangular bar. You can sit around the outside of it and maybe get a dance or two, or you can sit down at a table and watch the world go by. I opted for the latter after getting a drink while sitting at the bar for a while. They did have two barmaids behind the counter, and a third hustling drinks outside the perimeter. For a change I was not invisible to them and my drink order was handled fairly quickly after arriving.
