. The last few times I was in that club they had a lot of great looking girls, but it is a "late night club." It sounds like you went in fairly early and there was little action. It picks up as the night goes on. Also, the NCT private nude dances are very expensive. If you wanting to mostly look, then you went to the wrong club. And The girls in the NCT will bug you to death until you agree to get a dance from them.
