Surely I picked the wrong night...

Surely I picked the wrong night to go -- it was a Wednesday. When I pulled up the parking was terrible -- residential street parking only -- on a full street. I paid $5 to get in and when I walked in the place was overrun by a pool tournament. Guys with their pool sticks everywhere. One girl on stage dancing. One LD going on in the back. Everyone knew everyone else and I was the lone outsider. I left after one beer. Maybe I will give it a try again some day.
