Sometimes open sometimes closed

This is now listed as being in Chilicothe, but it is not there Chilicothe is ~7 miles further south on IL-29.

As mentioned in my last review it was closed when it should not have been. They have not closed down for good. I have been by there 6 times when they should have been open since my last review. On four of them they were open and two times they were closed. The phone numbers that they have listed online are still not answered or else they do not work.
