The Gold Club is Worth the Effort

I’ve been going to the Gold Club for many years. Afternoons have been the best time of the day to go. There seems to be a touch more mature entertainers during the afternoon sessions. There seems to be less drama and better conversation when the entertainer has some recollection of the Clinton Administration!!!

The downstairs is comfortable and the barmaid was very attentive to the condition of my drinks. I do wish the pours were a little heavier. The chairs away from the bar are around small tables with one main stage. There’s usually not much action on the stage in the afternoons. There are a couple of elevated areas downstairs (there’s not a difference in the dances in those two extra areas.

There are two areas upstairs where dances take place. The main room has several leather couches and the dances are usually outstanding. The mileage my vary depending on the dancer and how attentive the management might be on that particular day. Over the years, I have had a TON of fun upstairs with a wide variety of entertainers.
