Not a bad day at the Silver Criket

I arrived at the Criket at about 3:20 PM, finding the parking lot about half full. It's a fenced-in lot, seems very secure, and there is no valet. I entered the club and for $3 and a tip I checked my coat with the very cute Ivy, who was dressed a bit too scantily to be so close to the door on such a cold day, poor girl. Since it was so early there was no cover, but I believe it's ten dollars after 7:00 PM.

The basics of the club have been described in several reviews already, but the bar is to your right as you walk in, and the 2-pole stage is to your left. When it's busier they have two girls dancing, but at this point it was only one girl at a time, dancing three-song sets.

I found a table near the entrance and a pretty young lady got me a $6 beer. At this time I was able to count about ten dancers and maybe fifteen patrons. There was an African-American girl named Desire on stage.
