Same old, same old...not so same old price.

Stopped in during the afternoon. Haven't been here in a while. Appeared not much had changed. Many familiar faces. The usual ratio of dancers to customers. Some of the better performers were busy. So waited a while. Didn't seem to get dollared death as much as the old days in bar side tips.

I had to keep it moving. So when Luna approached, I decided to pull the trigger. She's not a top performer by any means. Probably in the lowest ranks in that department, but she dominates in looks and youthfulness. We get in the back and things are moving very slowly. I'm a bit puzzled. She asks me if I'm aware of the new menu. Says that I must not have seen her in a long time. She then tells me she charges a $40 tip, and upsells as if it's going to be something new. I foolishly, and optimistically, fork over the cash. I then experienced the same old lackluster performance as usual, only much of the first song was burned in these discussions.

Unfortunately, she is now off the list as a second stringer. I should have never fallen for the game. I wonder if I would have had the same dance if I hadn't. When I see her again, I will tell her I'm never getting a dance again after that incident. The worst part, is that I've always undeservedly tipped her well. Because I'm really a sucker for her good looks, and she was formerly very charming before starting this shakedown routine.
