First timer had a great time; expensive but worth it if you can swing it

Was visiting Detroit on a business trip and this was my first time at an area club. Read reviews about Flight Club and heard it was top quality, so decided to try it out late on a Wednesday night. I got there, paid to check my coat, and took a seat at the bar to start checking the place out. Nice place. It felt clean, safe, and had big TVs. Large downstairs layout with mostly booths (which you have to pay for - I didn’t since I was solo), a few tables close to the center stage (with two girls dancing at a time, and a bar. The VIP area is upstairs. Clientele-wise, it seemed fairly slow, and the bartenders and girls I talked to confirmed that. Said it was much quieter than usual Wednesday nights.

I’d ballpark around 20 girls working that evening. The place had a good variety of body types and ethnicities—AA, Latina, and a few white girls. I am pretty picky—really prefer younger, slender girls with naturals on the smaller side (B or small C is my ideal zone). There weren’t many matching that criteria working that night - lots of man-made, larger breasts, and some bigger girls. But overall I see why people say the quality here is very good. The girls were mostly attractive even if not my type, save for 2-3 that were really quite large and unfortunate to look at (in my opinion). And every girl who approached me (there were a lot, given the low volume of customers) was friendly and polite, including when I said no thanks to “some more fun upstairs.” This is clearly a place where (like a lot) dancing on the center stage is a chore, and every girl is really hoping to get you upstairs in the VIP.

I’d read that it is a bit pricey here, and that was true. $20 cover, $3 to check my coat, $18.50 for a bourbon ($9 for a beer). As for action with the girls, I did not see ANY lap dances downstairs. Instead, the deal here is that you go upstairs with the girl to the VIP area to get dances or extras. I bided my time for quite a while before deciding which girl I wanted to go upstairs with. As I said earlier, there weren’t a lot of girls that fit my picky taste. But I settled on a relatively tall brunette European girl with an absolutely smokin body. Far and away the hottest girl I saw, and I was thrilled to be able to talk to her before the night was over.
