Nice but pricey

Back in Vegas and I decided to check out Sapphire on a Friday night. I called and got pick-up service at my hotel. Limo arrived in less than thirty minutes and cover charge waived because I used the car service. They also comped my first drink.

Club hasn't changed. After showing ID and getting wanded, I was handed off to a guy who took me to a table near the stage. As you enter the main area, the bar is directly to the left. One of the best strip club bars in town with reasonable prices and a good variety of liquor, including some nice high end stuff if you ask the bartender. The main stage is in the center of the club with lots of tables on either side of the room. Down the hallway on the right are the private rooms and above them are some private sky lounges that overlook the main club. The club is one of the nicest in town.

Sapphire employs a lot of girls - always 100 or more and always good talent (6-10). It is a great place to drink and watch some really good looking girls dance for you. The problem with Sapphire is the prices are high and the mileage is all over the map. With the right girl, the price can be worth it, barely. I rarely go to the VIP areas because more often than not you will spend more than you get. However, I had a great experience on my last visit and was hoping for the same. Unfortunately, that did not pan out. After turning away several advances, I was approached by a blond from San Francisco who was really my type. I had a lapdance at the table to test the contact. It was pretty good for the main area. So we went back for a half hour. $400. The only thing that didn't disappoint was the drink. I asked the waitress to see if the bartender had a bottle of Van Winkle 12 year open. He did. He remembered me from the last visit and gave me a great pour. So essentially I got a really good drink with 30 minutes of mediocre contact. This is why I usually only go to Sapphire to find girls willing to meet OTC.
