• Call.Me.IshmaelApproved·That area is gentrifying pretty quickly. My suspicion is that the current owner is holding on until some developer offers him a truckload of money to sell the whole lot. That said, my car had the two passenger-side windows smashed when I was parked on Sims Ave at night about a year ago (I wasn't actually there for Fantasies). I still haven't seen a single review that tempts me to go there. Such a shame; it was a great club many years ago.
