The circus carnival of strip clubs

I was in Omaha and there just aren't many options for strip clubs in the area. I did a little research and all recommendations pointed to crossing the border to visit the Playhouse. First let me say that I'm not sure what I had in my head, but this was not it. Not that it was a huge disappointment, it's just what I would describe as non-standard for a strip club. First, its in what is basically a warehouse off the interstate with nothing nearby. Long, metal building. They had some random christmas decorations up which just further weirded the vibe.

I was there at 8pm on a Friday, which is admittedly early, but I wasn't prepared for how dead it would be. There seemed like maybe 3 or 4 dancers and other than myself 3 other customers.

The stage at this club is like no other and not necessarily in a good way. Due to the shape of the room, it is a long, like really long stage with multiple poles. It isn't dark like other clubs, it's just a warehouse with some laser lights and someone comfortable chairs and tables scattered around.

The stage dances are interesting. They don't do the typical "1 clothed dance, one topless, one nude" that you usually see at an all nude club. The dancer walks on the stage and drops all clothes and then starts her 2 or 3 song set.

I tried a few private dances because the stage show was kind of boring. I agree with others that the bouncer dude starting every single dance with the rundown of what parts of the body are no-touch was a mood-killer. And more than once, I had one return telling me to sit back or watch my hands, so they do watch the cameras closely. Probably because it's boring as shit and nothing else to do. They had an option for topless private dance, or full nude. Honestly, I'm not sure nude was worth the upgrade. The price was $50 for a full nude dance ($40 for topless).
