Not a bad night, but the vultures at a play here

So I hadn't been to Little Darlings in about 9 months and figured it would be a good time to visit. Last time I was here was in the middle of the NFL Draft and I came on a Thu or Fri night during the week of the draft and it was sooo dead I figured it would be a long time before I came back.

So I stroll in around 1am, and pay the $38 cover which is very high for locals IMO. Most places don't charge locals at all, and some charge $20.

There are two very hot girls playing the vultures right at end of the walkway near the DJ booth waiting to pounce. I really hate that and avoid it at places like Hustler or Rhino where the girls hang out the grab unsuspecting tourists walking in. Plus they were working in a pair, which is another strike against them. I really get annoyed w/ girls who try to 'upsell' the ol 'why not take two girls', yeah right, so you can do half the work ? But since they were hot and probably about 19 I figured I'd sit down and get a water and offer them a drink to chat. Well, only 1 of them ordered a drink ($10 I think) we sat for a few min and chatted. I could tell they were total vultures trying to pounce on guys who didn't know better. When I said "hey I just walked in, let me scope out the place and we'll talk again soon' - they both bounced so fast and didn't say goodbye. The one girl left her drink on the bar that she didn't even touch - strike three for me.
