Pretty good experience, varies by night

I've been to Tango's a handful of times when passing through the Kansas City area. In general, it's a nice enough club although a bit on the small side and well-lit, so you can't exactly hang back in a dark corner. The dancers are generally fairly attractive although it definitely varies on a fairly random basis... some nights I've seen some really cute girls that I liked a lot, other nights it was a bit less exciting. Lap dances are in a semi-private back area, no VIP room exists that I'm aware of. Lap dances are fairly affordable -- I think around the $20 range before tip -- and touching is generally allowed outside the groin area. I think Lawrence has some better clubs, and Whispers in another part of the Kansas City area is probably of similar quality, but if you're on the south side of the Kansas City area, this is probably your best bet.
