A disappointed couple looks at the Lei

This is a couples viewpoint review of Tropical Lei after a long 5+ year layoff but we were both horny and were in the area and thought we would check it out. Bouncer was friendly, asked if we had been before and told him it had been a while. Paid $20 cover each and went through the curtain.

Last time we went was before the remodel, and were pleasantly pleased with the upgrades. The small main stage is about the area of a basketball free throw lane, pole in the middle, and surrounded on 3 sides by about a dozen "bucket" style chairs. Facing the room opposite from the front of the stage was the "bar" where we grabbed a couple 6 dollar sodas. To the left and right of the stage were about 3 round tables, each with 4 of the same style chairs. On the side directly opposite of the entrance was the "old style" high double benches where your feet dangle off the seat, while the side closest to the entrance had the re-modeled benches close to the ground and were much more comfy.

Lighting system was standard RGB/LED style mood lights hitting the stage from all sides and casting some nice shadows on the dancers, one standout effect was when an AA dancer with a string neon outfit danced and the DJ cued the lights to blue, and provided a backlight effect on the neon outfit glowed on her black skin. It looked nice.
