Unexpected

This was 3 weeks ago. It was a Friday evening about 10:30 when I walked in the door after being briefly wanded down for weapons and paying my $20 entrance fee.

The layout has been described many times so I won't go into it in a lot of detail.

I sat a a small round table at the east end of the club facing the stage. Beside me to the left and right were to identical round tables as well as one in front of me. Behind me were elevated couch/booths where your feet don't reach the ground.
