Great start with a disappointing end.

Stopped in while traveling and had a disappointing experience. The guys at the door were plenty welcoming and got me right in, and seated right in front of the action. A smokin little lady was up on stage and knew what she was doing up there. Great moves, great music, good use of the small stage.

That’s where things sent south. First, way over paid for my Miller light. Then one of the came and sat with me. She was not the best conversationalist, but cute so I let continue. Then she asked for a drink. A $40 glass of Champaign. Yay. I tried to get her to engage in a bit more discussion, it was painful. When she started with the hard sale for a vip room, I realized that this was the only game for this place. When she asked me to buy another $40 glass of cheap Champaign for her friend, I had had enough and decided to leave. Didn’t even finish my beer.

$100 down the drain in a matter of 15 minutes…. Only to leave disappointed.
