Thursday night, meh…
Visited on a Thursday night around 10:30 pm, turned into the lot off of Harry Hines and found a parking spot fairly quickly. Paid $3 cover any the door, walked in to a relatively empty bar 8-10 dancer and 5-6 customers, and ordered a beer at the large oval bar that takes up about half the space in the club.
After making small talk as I ordered my beer with a very intoxicated patron who was kindly enough but VERY talkative, I escaped him and took a seat by one of the three small stages at the front of the club. The dancers on stage weren’t unattractive but neither were any of them beautiful. Those who weren’t on stage were all sitting at the bar talking to whom I assume are regulars and didn’t pay me any attention. This included two short but heavy servers who were having fun sitting at the bar with one of the regulars loudly singing along and dancing to every song that came on rather than actually serving drinks, but they looked like they were having fun and so was the guy they were sitting with.
I spent about probably 45 minutes sitting by the stage downing two beers and tipping the rotation of dancers as they came though. None of them were overly talkative and a few didn’t even take their tops off. During that time there were two who I though would be worth getting dances from but even though I was tipping each girl $5-10 per song while they were on stage none of the took the bait and they all went straight back to their regulars as soon as they came off stage.
