Never ASS-U-ME
Well, it had been over a year since my last visit and there have been some changes. Only reason I showed up here was I went to Cox's in Clarksburg and it was SLOW. Three girls working when I got there. Then they did a set and two of the three called it a night at about 11pm.
So I decided to go up to Southern X. As I've stated before long grey building on the left. Well lit. Ample safe parking. They stay open until 3 am most nights. Go into the anteroom. $10 cover and ID check. Wand and "rules" speech. Bathroom is across from the entry. Bar to the left, fairly well stocked a few café tables on the opposite wall. Stage is all the way down at the end of the room. Small square with 18 foot pole in the center. About 12 chairs around. 3 song strip to nude (most times). if you turn right from the entrance this leads to a hallway with feature rooms (topless limited touch), VIP room (full nude, full touch except the crotch), and the brand new hot tub room (more on this later).
They are refurbishing the lap dance room (clothed no touch) so lap dances were in one of the feature rooms.
I was greeted by a cute blonde, Serenity I think was her name, perky small tits with a perky personality to match. She took me on a tour of the place. It had been a drive so I went to take care of business, but when I got back she had latched onto one of her regulars so I lost her for the rest of the night. Next up was Jade. Cute Asian, flat chested with nipple piercings. Very friendly. We chatted a bit and they finally started dancing on stage. The third was Violet again cute, friendly, had the best chest of the three girls working that night. We chatted for a bit until the topic turned to private dances.
Again it bears repeating, all Southern X clubs are WAY overpriced for the WV clientele. Laps 30/60 for 1 and 3 songs. Then they add their BS tax/ room charge of $5. Features I don't recall, VIP $500/600 for 20/30 minutes (plus the $100 room charge). Hot tub $600/700 (plus the $100). They also have $1500 and $3000 packages, but even I'm not crazy enough to do that in a low mileage club.
So...the hot tub. As I've state in my reviews of their Barboursville location, I'm a fan when I have the scratch. Topless girl, couple of drinks included and good two way touch (except for the crotch). So I opt in with Violet. I go back, change into the provided boxer briefs and wait. She shows up in her bikini, takes the top off and gets in. I mention its nice since its quieter than the main room at which point she mentions something about yeah since she's there for hanging out and this club DOES NOT ALLOW TOUCHING IN THE HOT TUB. I explain to her how it is in the other Southern X club. I had assumed that it was the same and it was basically a hot tub lap dance. To which she replies yeah that makes sense, but that's not how the manager set the rules for this club. So we burned our time talking clubbing experiences etc. I blame myself for not getting clarification before I forked over the cash.
Will I go back? Maybe, but not for a hot tub unless they change the rules to make it more in line with the other clubs.
Drink prices: beer $7 don't know about mixed drinks or soft drinks.
