Best spot in Metro DC for a chill time (action not so much)

My girlfriend and I have become regulars here over the last few months. We go at least every other week. Always for dinner. There’s no real cocktails, but will typically buy a couple of bottles of wine over the course of the night. The food is great, the prices are unbelievable, and the wine less is decent. I think I paid. $30 for a Tito’s and soda at Archibald’s and can get a decent cab or Pinot here — $40 for the whole bottle.

One looks so young that initially, my girlfriend said she made her uncomfortable to see sexualized like that. But our third visit I haven’t seen her in time, she came around and said that she’s actually not really turned on by her.
