Better on the weekdays if you're there for sex

Even on the weekdays, the place can fill up and be pretty packed. The crowds are thinner and the guys that show up on a weekday tend to be less scummy and more about the girls and service, and less about "partying" and showing off. The down side is there are fewer girls as well, but plenty to go around, and the attractive onces are less likely to be occupied with some dude that just wants to sit around and chat rather than fuck.

If you've never been, the place is dark and often filled with cigarette smoke, and noisy. The meseros can be pests but they can read a newb and a pushover from someone who has been coming for a while and isn't there to play games and is less likely to get duped. Just say no, be firm, and ignore them afterwards and they are fine. I don't see any value in befriending or using the services of the meseros.

Post covid, some girls are asking for more, but many always have. They will generally take $80, sometimes less, but that depends on you, your appearance, your level of spanish, and your negotiations skills. I only pay $80 and sometimes try for less when it is slow or when the girl isn't one I really want that badly. They always bite. I got away with $80, no extra BS tip afterwards.
