Thursday night 10pm. Mandatory valet at LS is $7, but I give a ten, so FC valet gets $1 less tip, those are the breaks. They don't give a claim check unless its very busy, so Desert could upgrade his vehicle by claiming a better one if he could just stand to hand over his keys, lol. Up the stairs to the second floor, there is a mandatory coat check, which may come into play soon, but I always leave my coat in the car so not sure of the price. At the top of the stairs at night the cover is $20, and I always pop in $1 into the tip jar; considering the total spend, it's a drop in the bucket. As you walk in the doorman/bouncer will ask if you want a table, booth or sit at the bar. Everything is free except the booths, which are $20 weekdays, but sometimes $40 when it's busy/weekends. If you're flying solo, and it's getting busy, they may not appreciate taking a free table for four, be aware. The layout as you walk in is the stage running broadside to the door directly in front of you, in the shape of an airplane with stubby wings. There are three poles along the length of the stage, and one on each wing stub. There are also seats along the stubby wings, if you want to be right up against the stage, rarely occupied. The bar is to the left and ninety degrees to the stage and there are seats almost all around the bar, but the back ones don't have much of a view of the stage. Most single customers park it on the stage side of the bar and rotate their chairs to watch. When picking a spot, look up to the ceiling and note there are AC downdrafts, so don't sit under one unless you want to be bathed in cold air. A couple of the booths at the end away from the bar are larger size, and there are usually regular party groups there, where some of the girls hang out as well. The smallish men's room is in the back next to the DJ booth, with the usual troll. There is also a lounge upstairs above the ATM/bar, but I haven't seen it in use. There are big screen tvs all along the walls and above the bar, showing the usual sports and song videos. Speaking of music, it's a mix of mainstream hip hop, pop including some that goes back a few years. It's loud enough to be mildly to full out unpleasant. I had a beer for $8.50 or $9.50, I can't remember, and salmon bites for $22. A dancer's shot was $15, I didn't catch what brand/type. Did I mention the music was loud? I missed the titty parade on the hour, so don't know how many dancers there were, but I would guess about 15-20, one asian, a handful of AA, and the rest white. Assorted types, a couple BBW, a few spinners, and one that checked all my particular boxes including natural. I tipped the dancer that was my type, and after she joined me at the booth and finished some drinks and salmon we headed down stairs to the VIP. Regular booths are $20, a bit cramped and very dark if you prefer that. I sprung $40 for the large one with good lighting since the dancer was exactly my type. Negotiations started at $250 and $350. I took the low end menu option cbj and didn't bother to haggle, since nature was urgently calling, and 'close enough'. Almost certainly I could have talked it down $50 for either option. For some unknown reason she asked me to get her off afterwards, and I obliged. Maybe it was to get a better tip, though she didn't directly ask, but I also obliged in that regard, so kudos if that was a ploy. I'm not kidding myself that it was because of my appearance in any case. Overall it was about as good as it gets. The last time I stopped in I didn't find any dancer to my taste and bailed after an hour of watching the game. It really is roulette whether you get the attention of a the right dancer, with the right attitude and menu and she's not otherwise occupied. On the other hand I may just be overly picky.
