Some More To Like, Much More Not To

About six months after my first visit to Christina's (see prior review) I got bored with my usual spots and finally decided to give it a second chance.

The physical setup is the same- it's small and dark, there was adequate parking, no cover or visible security when I got there about 7:15PM. The place was decked out in fake cobwebs and ghosts and what not for Halloween. You walk in, the stage is on the right, it's low and small and enclosed by the bar. A few small TVs are along the walls. The kitchen and private dance area are on the left. Dances are 180/15 and 300/30. My water was $5. Dancer drinks are about $10-12. I didn't order food, although a sneak peek into the kitchen showed it looked nicely clean. (The men's room, however, is a disaster. It has no door and gets worse from there. The soap dispenser and hot water worked at least. Still, go at home.) When I arrived there were 4 girls working, and another 3-4 came in over the next hour.

What was to like: There were more girls working than my last visit, and unlike last time these girls were not all crazy huge. Also, three girls approached me, and that doesn't happen at other clubs when you often have to make a first move except with the most desperate girls. At Christina's, it seems the baseline is most of the girls are desperate or at least pretending to be with the story they lay on you. So if you can say no to someone who doesn't really excite you, you might still stand a chance of finding some company that does interest you, especially if the place isn't busy. Eventually I let Stormy sit next to me. She's in her early 30s and either has a full past or spins a good yarn about why she is broke and what she is doing to get her life back on track. But there was another cutie I really had my eye on, so I tried to sit Stormy out and finally cut her loose at least 30 minutes after I should have.
